Publication of the book “Legal aspects of the European System of Central Banks”
The European Central Bank (ECB) is today publishing a book entitled “Legal aspects of the European System of Central Banks”. The book contains a collection of articles on the European Union and the European System of Central Banks (ESCB), the Eurosystem, monetary law, central bank independence and central bank statutes as well as on financial law.
